How I can track the shipment?

Depending to the supplier’s product and country of origin you receive a tracking number with a link or you can see this information under order details.

Are the costs of shipment in the product price?

This can variate from product to product and is clearly stated in the product description.

How long the shipment need?

Depends on country of origin of the product. Could be between 3 days until one month. For example: if you order one container, shipping by sea could be up to 40 days.

Can I select another shipment or logistic company?

Yes, please let us know after you completed your order. We will arrange accordingly.
